This KB article is not worded very well. We have pulled it back to revise. Fact is: SRM has so far never offered print capability for work orders. This is a valid enhancement and something that we are looking into for future releases. In Overview Console of current version 7.6.04, this was not properly reflected, as print button was enabled for work order records. In 7.6.04 SP2 we have changed this in Overview Console, so that there's no confusion about which records printing is available for and which not.
