You can solve it with CSS with the next modifications:

Go to the mozilla ARSystem CSS.
<midTierInstallDir>\resources\moz\stylesheets\ARSystem.css

And add the next parameter:
resize: none

to the next classes:
textarea.text
textarea.sr
textarea.dat
textarea.readonly
textarea.PopupEditor
input.text
input.currency
input.decimal
