ITSM 7.6 has some bugs generating the group list for both the change and incident management consoles. If a user without a change manager role or change coordinator role accesses the console, the table displays all change requests. For IM, if you view the watchlist tickets and then click on the counts in the upper left, all tickets for that status are displayed. BMC has hotfixes available, but don't remember which #s they are. Support should be able to send them to you.
