You will need to make sure that you set the client affinity correctly for
the midtier and arservers.

It looks like you will be missing out on some commonly used features of a
load balancer since the MS Network Load Balancer looks to all be layer 3:
- OSI layer 7 capabilities (cookie manipulation, ssl offloading, etc.)
- health check capabilities are very limited (cluster node heartbeat)
- SNAT capabilities, where needed
