This position is for a Technical Lead/Application Designer. Responsible for leading the design, development, implementation and support of Remedy based software applications to support business initiatives for internal customers. Responsibilities include: * Working directly with business analysts and Project Managers to finalize business requirements for enhancements and new projects within the BMC Remedy platform. * This also includes the definition of technical solutions, specifically application architecture design as well as assisting the project manager in defining work estimates and schedule. * Work with off-shore developers to translate design into final products. * Provide effective technical leadership on projects by reviewing written status reports, issues tracking, change control and status meetings to review outstanding project requests and issues * Review and provide input to all related project technical documentation Technical coordination across ITS including any 3rd party vendors Skills * 6 -8 years Applications Development and or Support, 3+ at least as a Sr. Developer responsible for application technical design within the BMC Remedy toolset * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
