Relating Contracts.

Steps to reproduce:
Contract Console > Select a Support Contract from the contracts listed in the 
table > Related Contracts TAB > Search Existing Contract Types (Support) > 
Relate any Contract

No workflow fires as it is now all disabled. I looked at the disabled workflow 
and this text is in the Help section:
Type in the text to replace the help text for the selected Active Links. 
Deprecated_V75


Does anyone know if I missed something in the upgrade. I cannot seem to find 
anything that shows that this is a known issue.
I am persuming that i can just Enable all the workflow again, but was wondering 
if anyone else has seen this issue.
