Please forget my last mail in this thread...

The SQL did not return any values, because the record had NOT been created
yet. When I rechecked via Remedy User, the record had been created, and I
got a match.

Sorry about that, I guess everyone makes mistakes from time to time ;-)

But the original post is still true. There are some permission caveats
that you have to take into consideration when you are dealing with filter
table fields.

And I also learned that you can ask a filter to impersonate the users
permissions instead of using Admin permissions. This seems to me a very
useful new feature. I can not understand why it was not mentioned in the
release notes.
