You need to run PDICT after installing it, using the desktop shortcut. PDICT will then install the Process Designer Integration forms & workflow after obtaining the remedy server login details from you.
If PDICT is running slowly, this may be due to a server that is running near capacity in terms of memory. Restarting the AR service before running PDICT may help.
