I think it was fixed in a patch, but we bailed on Win2K8 for that and other reasons and stayed on Win2K3. There should be a KB article on it. In the properties of the active NIC for the AR server, it reads: 0050568800FF. Does Remedy interpret the FF as 00 in its HostID value?
