Hello Listers, Client AR Windows User 7.6.3 Windows 7 Server ARS 7.6.03 MS SQL 2005
I have a helpdesk team who use the Cusco Agent Desktop to answer calls from multiple incoming numbers. Each number determines which Remedy ARS form to open. The Cisco Agent works most of the time but occasionally it sends the Remedy WUT into a (Not Responding) mode. We have narrowed it down to the fact that when the mouse cursor has focus on the Outlook inbox email list WUT goes into (Not Responding) when the Cisco Agent tries to set focus to it. If the focus is anywhere else, even a new email composition window, the Cisco agent can set focus to Remedy User, open the Object List, search for the correct form and open it in New mode. I found an old reference to CTFMON from Dec2007 but the only Language used on these Win7 PCs is English. Has anyone worked with Cisco Agent and do you know of any issues with the tool?
