I believe 5 min delay is the recommended value

Delay-Recache-Time: 300

Subject: Re: Delay-recache time entry in the ar.cfg file

Ok...no matter the cache mode of the server, when you make a change, the server
starts an action to re-cache the objects (differing method depending on your
current cache mode)....but basically speaking, while the cache is re-building,
you can't make another change to it. So, when you are making many changes to a
system, you don't want it to continually re-cache, so if you set a delay, and
then make say 5 changes in 1 min, at the end of the delay, there is a single
re-cache instead of 5 of them

Make sense?
