Sam, What is happening when you get that message is that you likely have a notification sending out a link to your server specifying an application server name that doesn't exist in your configured server list. This can commonly be caused by you having 'server' in your list, but the notification goes out with a server of 'server.domain.com' in it. You need to ensure you have things configured properly to be connecting your users to the server 'properly' in both modes.
