Guys, I need your help. We have migrated the exchange server from 2007 to 2010 and Settings has been changes as per Exchange peoples. We have tested via test tickets through email. ticket has been created. but, remedy not responding the remedy notification. That Means, REQ ID related info is not triggered to the requester. Please advice.
