We have configured flashboard's that allow drilldown. On our custom forms clicking on the flashboard returns a list of the records pertaining to that flashboard. However, for the HPD:Help Desk form clicking on the flashboard opens the first record in the list.
I've researched this problem but can find no solution. There appears to be no setting in the form properties that can be set to fix the problem.
