Listers, I have been lurking on this list for years, and have a question that searching hasn't been able to answer. I'm creating signature notifications for OOB ITSM approval processes, and want to use the Workflow option on the Details tab of AP:Notification to trigger a custom email notification in SYS:Notification. I see the filter in the AP:Notify group that gets created by the system, and see that the escalation is updating the Detail/Signature join form for SRM, however I missing which piece of workflow should trigger the email notification. No emails are being sent.
