Hi,

the error seems to only be complaining about the JRE path (as indicated by
the "incorrect 64-bit Java path"), so try and add the "\bin" to the JRE path
only and see what happens.

Cheers

Carl

Subject: Re: You have selected an incorrect 64-bit Java path

** I reinstalled the 64 bit JDK and added JAVA_HOME C:\Progra~1\Java\jre7 to
the Environment Variables and re-ran the install. Setting the paths as

C:\Program Files\Java\jre7
C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_07

I get more error messages: You have selected an incorrect 64-bit Java path.
Please select the correct Java path and continure, and The JRE and JDK must
be the same version.

This last part doesn't make any sense because the JDK installs the JRE. It
should be the same version. Any ideas?

Hi,

for the 64 Bit JRE and JDK you choose the top level path, not the sub
directories (not "\bin" etc)

e.g. C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_25

Yes, these should be in the PATH environment variable so you can iterate
through the sub directories.
