Hi, I had to "re-image" my laptop with a company standard image. I recovered all tools except one: the Data Management Client, the one with the spreadsheets to import data into BMC Remedy (especially the Foundation data). I do recall this was downloadable as a "patch" but unfortunately I lost that information as well.
Anyone able to provide me with the details to re-download the Data Management Client? Thanks for your response.
