Hi fellow listsers, Does anyone of you know whether it's possible to import a rather huge / complex set of "On-Behalf-Of" rules in SRM 7.6.00 (running on ARS 7.5.00)? One of our customers doesn't want a "Company for all" kind of rule, and I do not like the idea of creating individual rules for individuals or groups (as they have a massive organization hierarchy) :(
I thought this could have been part of the Data Manipulation Client setup, but unfortunately, I cannot find it. I know DMC is for primarily for ITSM and Foundation data and not particularly for SRM. Thanks for any hints / tips. Regards, Rob. _________________________________________________________ Rob van Eerd | Capgemini | Netherlands, Utrecht IT Management Solutions | Division ITS E-Mail: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> Office: +31306894641 / Mob: +615030666 / www.capgemini.com<http://www.capgemini.com/> [BMC_Education_Certified_Admin_BMC Remedy AR System 7604_small][togaf9-certified_E-Mail-Signature] [cid:[email protected]]People matter, results count. _________________________________________________________ Capgemini is a trading name used by the Capgemini Group of companies which includes Capgemini "Netherlands", a company registered in "Netherlands" whose registered office is at "Papendorpseweg 100, Utrecht".
