It's pretty simple, just follow your web server's steps for installing the cert
file and configuring the web server for SSL. You will of course have to obtain
an SSL certificate for your server. There's nothing that has to be done
beyond that in the Mid-Tier, it's all related to the web server config.
Consult the documentation for your flavor of web server. I configured it on
our Apache/Tomcat servers (on Linux boxes), it was about 5 steps. Took about
30 minutes once I figured out the steps and how to apply the cert.

Subject: Remedy Mid-Tier on SSL

**
Hello Listers;

Does anyone have any suggestions or best practice recommendations for putting
the Remedy Mid-Tier on Secure Socket Layer?

Seems most of the BMC docs refer to the using the web server (Apache, Tomcat)
for SSL?
