John, This year you could do more than apologise for not being at the conference, where the major 3rd party apps are showcased, even Softwaretoolhouse has made an appearance ( sadly he couldn't make it this year).
You could, as I tried to convince you a few months back, show up at the conference(for the first time)! Let us kick the tires of the product and talk to the developers. Be in the same room as Misi of RRR and the other developers of apps that add such great value to the BMC Remedy world.
