We are having same issue in our 7604 environment No error no processing AIE is running but doing nothing. Increase the time gap between job runs, created two instance of AIE and distributed the load . Did helped a bit but problem is still there. Opened a case with BMC and wai.......ting for solution. More than 6-7 weeks now :) Ravi Rai

Instead, after the job starts, it seems to be stuck at “Waiting for next chunk” stage and no new logs are written after that. Then the job just stays on in “Running” status and never finishes, but it’s not doing anything. Any ideas what may cause the job to stop at “Waiting for next chunk” status? Thanks!
