Peter, 7.6.04 has some panel flow options that allow things to re-size with the window....8.0 introduced even more....but you are a bit out of luck if you are looking to avoid doing the re-sizing all yourself....the forms look the way they do because of limitations in the design at the time of design...that is 'getting better', but isn't quite at the point of a 'standard' web app.
