You have not mentioned which version of remedy you are using. In the recent versions(7.5 and above) there is a Data Management Tool provided with spreadsheet templates. You need to export your existing templates into a spreadsheet and then copy them into BMC spreadsheet template. Then you can use the Data Management Tool shipped out of the box to import those into another server.
