Thanks very much for the advice LJ. Yesterday I did create a new record on my QA server, exported it to an ARX and imported to the dev server with no issue. I didn't think to compare the ARX to the file from the suspect (remote) server so I'll check that out next. (Still haven't heard back from BMC on my case after about 23 hours though, I'm curious as to what they will come back with).
