Jumping on David's coattails and while voting is such at hot topic... BMC has given us a capability we have been asking for for years. In the past we have asked BMC to allow us the ability to submit enhancement ideas, for those ideas to be visible to others and to allow us to comment/vote on them. While I don't believe the existing RFE process has changed BMC is giving us a place to put these ideas and work on them together. If it is a success it might lead to a change in the RFE process.
I am happy to see David's idea submitted a few days ago is already at 90 yes votes. The ideas feature has been available for Remedy/AR System for a few weeks now and has been fairly stagnant aside from a few people, including a certain MVP. Like the ARSList MVP award use it or lose it Listers. Yes, it is *not *the ARSList and yes it is another login but it is finally an opportunity to easily post ideas you have (without having to send logs to support) where others can see them and comment to make the initial idea even better. For anybody working with Remedy for more than a couple of years and couple of brand changes the sections on BMC Communities are confusing. In Product Forums what is the difference between "BMC Remedy AR System" under "BMC Atrium Platform" and the "BMC Remedy" top section. Matt explains it a blog post Tuesday Tip: Finding WWRUG Resources<https://communities.bmc.com/communities/community/about/blog/2012/10/23/tuesday-tip-finding-wwrug-resources> which also links to an older blog post by David Easter about Company, brand, product, version<https://communities.bmc.com/communities/community/bmcdn/bmc_atrium_and_foundation_technologies/bmc_remedy_ar_system/blog/2009/01/21/company-brand-product-version---why-all-are-important-to-keep-straight>... While I think the AR Server will always be Remedy to many of us at least we now have a map of what BMC is thinking.
