I understand Dell was in serious talks awhile back. If they are entertaining suitors, it would seem serious. BMC stocks has been stagnant for a few years now. I heard RoD and RemedyForce is not bringing in the continuous revenue they were looking for, maybe a change in leadership is needed and or a refocus on their offerings.
