Todd,
 On 7.6.04, filter  HPD:HII:CreateIncident_040_SetAsgmntGrpID  doesn't set 
fields from CFG:Assignment, it sets the Assigned Group ID from CTM:Support 
Group.  Looks like something that was modified/fixed from 7.6.0. Here are the 
attributes if you want to replace the filter with the newer settings.

Execution, Order 140, On Submit
Run if: ('z1D_Action' = "CREATE") AND ('Assigned Group' != $NULL$) AND 
('Assigned Support Company' != $NULL$) AND ('Assigned Support Organization' != 
$NULL$)

Set Fields
Form Name: CTM:Support Group
Qualification: ('Company' = $Assigned Support Company$) AND ('Support 
Organization' = $Assigned Support Organization$) AND ('Support Group Name' = 
$Assigned Group$)
Fields
Assigned Group ID = $Support Group ID$

Thanks for the suggestions so far, sounds like a feature added to make sure you 
can’t make assignments through the HPD:IncidentInterface_create, appreciate 
anyone else that might have a solution not related to CFG:Assignment.
