Remedyforce does not have the strength or richness of the application suite that ITSM has, in my opinion. I looked at it for a large customer and it was just not as comprehensive or flexible, by design. That said, for someone that does not need much, and is a small (or the low-end of mid-size) business, it looks like an e.x.cellent choice. The question is, if you own and maintain the infrastructure, how can you justify paying the cost of managed services in addition? It seems to me you would be all in with either on premises or on demand.
