Brandi,
It is my understanding that barcoding is little more than using the proper
'font'. So you should be able to get a barcode font off of the internet, and
utilize that with your 'report' to generate the ticket # in barcode.

Subject: Barcode Image rendering of an Incident number

**

Has anyone rendered a barcode image of an incident number?

Currently we generate packing lists for the a Replacement Program and if it's
possible to add the barcode representation of the Incident Number on the
packing list the mail room can scan it when shipping the cartons and in turn
generate a list of Incident Numbers for us each day with the UPS Tracking
numbers they used.

Environment:

Windows

SQL 2008

ITSM 7.6.4 sp 2

ARS 7.6.4. sp 3

Thanks,

Brandi
