Hi List As per my understanding Assignment Engine is used for auto User Assignment based on load, skill availability etc and not for auto group assignment.
Group Assignment is based on configuration of Company, location, Prod Cat and Op Cat. And even if we switch of Assignment Engine Group Assignment will continue to work. Please can you some help me understand the use of Assignment Engine.
