Ron: It would help if you were to include what application and version you are on in your post. I think you *might* be talking about ITSM, and if so, I *might* know what you're talking about, but without a version number, I can't be certain whether your version should work the same as mine or whether my sharing what I know could benefit you.
As you can see here, I created a special email signature for the ARSList and included that information at the bottom. Then, as long as I remember to use the special signature (which I usually do), I don't have to remember to include the application/version in my problem description or question. I know other folks create a special email account they use only for the ARSList, then attach their system info to the signature there and then don't even have to remember to use the special signature.
