RKM 7.6.04 SP 4 We have 1 KB article we have created in Dev.  I am testing the 
process to move these to Prod by following the instructions in the whitepaper 
"Copying Articles between Servers".  I can see the KB in Prod migrated 
successfully with an Article ID of KBA00000606.  However when I click the 
search knowledgebase link from the Incident, that exact same KB appears with an 
Article ID of KBA0000001.  When I click on the KB it says a match can not be 
found.  Has anyone run into this issue and no what other form needs to be 
updated so that the RKM:SearchDialog shows the correct KBA.  It appears that 
maybe this white paper is missing a step and I need to update some backend
