We're starting down the path of using the 'problem' module and noted that users without the 'problem user' role cannot create known issues or KB articles. This works fine for us since we're currently using a separate KB/documentation solution. Once we enable the 'problem user' role, folks will be able to add entries. Is there a that will disable this functionality while still enabling problem? I would think there's somebody out there who is using problem as well as an external KB.
