Listserv just increased their prices by 60% and then failed to give me the price they promised, and then failed to give me a temporary license in time to be applied before the current one expires on the 30th while the salesperson talks to management about giving me the price they quoted in an email. This leads me to believe, although I will be talking to them if I can find anyone, there will be an outage from 12:01 Dec 31st until sometime early EST on January 2nd.
