ARS 7.6.04 SP 4IM SRM We have Incident configured to create a service request
for every incident. I had a requirement to purge a number of incidents,
however the requests still show up when the user logs in to the Request Entry
Console. How can I get the records deleted from SRM:Request. The Delete
button is disabled. I can go in to Dev Studio and enable the Delete button
button I am wondering if there is some other process I should be following to
purge these records. Also, I am wondering will the associated records get
deleted, i.e. SRM:AppInstance Bridge, SRM:WOrk Info, etc. Thanks in advance.
