Hi Listers,
I seem to be having problem seeing the audited entries for a CI. I
have two logins, one is my Administrator login and another a test login.
Here is what I am trying to do. I open up a CI go to the navigation panel
on the left and click "CMDB Audits" which opens a new dialog form
(CMDB:CIHistory3&4) which gives a list of audited entries for the CI. The
problem is that I am able to view this from my regular account but not from
a separate test account, I created. The other account does have Asset User
and Asset Admin permissions. It just does not have the full "Administrator"
permission. Am I missing any other permissions that need to be added to
view this info. I have looked up the document and forms but have no clue as
to what other permissions need to be added if any. Any ideas or help on
this issue is appreciated.
