ARS 8.0 ITSM 8.0 This is my first official attempt to customize the layout of an OOB form using Overlays (besides beta testing, messing around, other disposable changes).
We added a field to the Infrastructure Change form and want to put it in the panel with Service, Template, Summary and Notes. Fortunately there is some extra space in the panel below this panel. I want to make this panel taller and the one below it a little shorter to make room for the field. I overlaid the form, the view, both panels I want to resize and every parent panel/panel holder. The display options are still grayed out for these two panels. It is true that every parent panel needs to be overlaid? Anybody know why I can't change the size of z2PH_ChangeInformation and z2PH_ ChangeInformation? This shows the nested panels are overlaid. What am I missing? [image: Inline image 1] Thanks!
