Hi, this is only true if you are consuming data related to this Company. It is provided as a means to be able to load in the Administration user "appadmin" and have this user associated to a Company.
If you update the Users that are related to this company (and no data is consumed e.g. IM, PM, CM, Categorisations, etc) then there is no reason that you cannot remove this company.
