Just to clarify, ITBM application <> ITSM application - so your subject line might be a bit misleading.
IT Service Management applications (Service Desk, Change, Asset, Knowledge Management, SRM, etc.) have not yet reached GA for version 8.1.00. Nor has AR System version 8.1.00 or Atrium Core version 8.1.00. Achieving GA on version 8.1.00 for these products is still tentatively expected in this quarter (Q1CY13). -David J.
