You need to correct the application preference record: 1- Go to Application Preferences form 2- Select the Task Management Tab. 3- Click on the Task Status Dropdown list and select All Open Tasks 4- Save the Preference. 5- Flush the browser and midtier cache and ask customer to login again.
Test the issue again.
