Hi List,
Here’s an interesting one – the customer wants an ability to have
“approval” for the “problems tickets” – because of multiple reasons. I
understand this might not be a recommended customization – and can
alternatively use approval tasks etc... been there, done that...
Has anyone done this/similar with AE and PM? Any
suggestion/recommendation/things-to-be-aware-of for the implementation?
