Hi Rezaul, I am not sure about blinking but we do have something which can change the color for row/column.
How it works: There is one display property called "colors->Result colors" in table which works only on selection field(take this selection field in your table as a column ) .In this property you can define color for every value of selection field. But you need to write a change action for refreshing the table(in Active link ) in order to change the color for the row or column. - Thanks Ankita Pankaj.
