Hello list, Just wondering to see if there is an option in Atrium SSO product to define an alias username. I know there is the alias login name field in User form that can be used, but wanted to know if there was an option that can be controlled from within Atrium SSO?
Use case: I have enabled kerberos authentication against AD with multiple domains and currently users are stored as Username_Domain name in AD but in remedy they are just Username without domain. Again, I know I can resolve this using the Login Name Alias field in Remedy but for any other SSO integrations I wanted to know if it was feasible to do on the Atrium side? Thanks in advance.
