Just a note to all: As one who received a new Kidney about a year ago, this is a day to think about your kidney health.
Remember that as of 2011, one in 10 American adults, more than 20 million, have some level of kidney disease. Out of that only about 4 million know about it. Also the average cost per patient to treat (kidney failure or end stage renal disease) is around $80k per year. And as one who when through the treatments, they suck. Leading causes are "diabetes or hypertension"... So drink some water to help clean out your kidneys.
