David, I am assuming you are looking at the Incident form, best practice view in developer studio.
In Incident 8.1 the tasks tab is rendered within a view field. The old tables for Task, Task Group and Task work info are not physically present on the tasks tab itself. The view field is set from the HPD:Help Desk Dialogs form, Tasks view. If your looking to make changes to the layout of the tasks tab then this is where you need to do them.
