Hello Raj, Can you confirm the below
ARSystem Version? OS? If it is 7.6.04, it appears that C based ardbcldap.so did not get load with start of C Plugin server? If it is 8.0 or later version, Java plugin server did not started? Also check the Server-Plugin-Alias entry for ARDBC to confirm whether correct server is configured for the plugin to use. Hope this helps.
