Good afternoon,

I'm curious if anyone has deployed the virtual agent in 8.x yet, and if so, how 
successful has it gone for you?  How complex of a conversation can you map to 
it, if at all?

On a more humorous note, I've considered not advertising it as a part of the 
upgrade, swapping out the picture with one of myself, and making sure that my 
RKM and other data fits with it so I can make people think it's a chat with me 
to get help with Remedy rather than artificial intelligence.  I would then need 
to extend it to integrate it with incoming email and set my email up as a MAPI 
inbox for Remedy, and tie it in with our instant messenger.  My manager and 
director would likely give me approval to do this in order to reduce the flow 
of "incidents" of people contacting me directly instead of using SRM, our email 
integration with Incidents, or going directly to Incident Management to assign 
something to us.
