There is a bug with that utility in ARS 7.6.04 Patch 3, wherein it complains about not being able to change the ID in flashboard variables. If you do not have flashboard variables using that field, you could still safely use it.
I have noticed that it works ok on ARS 7.6.04 Patch 4. I have not tested it on Patch 1 and 2. I have an open ticket with BMC Software regarding this for weeks now with no resolution and they were able to reproduce the issue.
