I am having a problem with a webservice that I have created going from ITSM to SERENA. I have created a webservice that is sending information from our system to SERENA in which alI have verified all the information is being sent across the network by using "WireShark" The problem is that once it hits the other server the information is not being accepted. I also notice the password being sent get encrypted while being sent. Is there anyone has ran into this problem with such an integration or have any insight they can provide on this issue.
