Hi Raj , we have service request that our HR department create through SRM for the termination of an employee . The service request create multiple Work Orders for all the departments involved like ( IT , Security etc. ). I want to create a service target on the Work Orders that only start on the exit date . The service request could be created days in advance of the exit of the employee .
The Work Order field that contain the exit date is 'WO Type Field 07' and I want to start the measurement on this date/time. When I create the exit request with exit date in the future , the correct SLM get attached but never start .If I create an exit request on the same date as exit date the correct SLA get attached and the measurement start . Thanks Lieb. -----Original Message----- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Raj Sent: Thursday, April 17, 2008 1:28 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: SLA attached but do not want to start Hi, Lieb, Could you please explain me in details what issue you are facing, so that i will try to help you out to find the solution.
